Q. Can I come into your office? What are your opening hours?
A. Yes, our office is open for order pick ups and inquiries. We are open Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm.
Q. When is the cut off for next day delivery?
A. Call us before 4pm and we will deliver your order the next day.
Q. Do you have a minimum quantity or price for delivery?
A. Yes, we have a minimum order of $75. Any orders below that will incur a $15 delivery fee.
Q. Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?
A. Yes you can, please make a note that if you wish to collect. We are open Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.
Q. How can I receive a quote?
A. Just fill in the enquiry form on our Contact Us page or give us a call on the office number and a sales representative will be in touch.
Q. How can I setup a 30 day credit account?
A. We just need you to fill in and sign a credit application. Please contact us for the application form.
Q. How long will my printed products take?
A. For an exact estimate you should call the office. However, it usually takes about 8-12 weeks.
Q. How do I pay for printed products?
A. Once you accept the quote you will need to pay 50% of the total price. When the order is received into our warehouse you need to pay the balance.
Q. Will you store the products for me?
A. Yes, we will store your products free of charge in our warehouse. PLEASE NOTE - charges may apply when we deliver your products (See delivery fee FAQ).
Q. I need MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) for my chemicals, how do I get these?
A. Contact the office and we can email or deliver these to you.
Q. Can you choose which design to get in the BioPak art series cups?
A. Unfortunately not, the cartons have mixed designs. The designs also change every three months.
Q. Can I order sleeves or split cartons?
A. Some products come in sleeves, and others do not. Please ask one of our friendly staff if the item you require comes in sleeves. We cannot split cartons if there are no sleeves.
Q. Do your prices include GST?
A. Yes, all prices are GST inclusive.
Q. What happens with back ordered items?
A. You will be sent a text message when your order has been processed if there is anything out of stock. As soon as the back ordered stock arrives to us, it will be dispatched out to you.
